Making Your First Appointment
If you are a new patient, your first appointment must be scheduled by phone.
Please call (616) 526 6187 to schedule your initial visit.
After you arrive for that first appointment, we will provide instructions to open your patient portal account. Returning patients can continue to schedule appointments through the patient portal.
Appointments for returning patients can be requested through the patient portal or by contacting our office.
When requesting an appointment, please let us know if you have a break of more than one hour between classes. We will do our best to schedule your visit between classes when possible. If you are missing classes due to illness or injury, we will take that into account as well.
If you need to be seen sooner or if you are not yet registered in the patient portal, please call (616) 526 6187 or stop by our office to schedule an appointment with one of our providers.
Most patients can be seen the same day or within 1–2 business days. If you feel your concern is urgent, please call early in the day for the best chance of a same day appointment that works with your schedule.
