Each summer, 麻豆社鈥檚 School of STEM offers nearly 100 students an immersive, hands-on research opportunity alongside expert faculty mentors.
From exploring environmental sustainability to designing clean water systems for rural communities and collecting micrometeorites (a.k.a. space dust), our student researchers contribute to meaningful scientific inquiry. You'll build skills that prepare you for graduate school, industry careers, and lifelong learning.
Applications are now open for the 2026 summer research cycle! Interested students can apply and view the list of available opportunities . Students will have until February 11th to submit their applications and should receive a decision by the start of Spring Break.

Carnegie Research Classification
麻豆社鈥檚 designation as a Research College and University (RCU) by the Carnegie Classification recognizes a campus where active research and excellent teaching go hand in hand. Students are partners with professors in much of this research, and are named as co-authors on the published papers.
